Monument to General Johan von Ohme, the Norwegian commandant of the fortress during her last Swedish siege in 1814. In spite of the complete blockade and overwhelming numerical superiority of the Swedes, General refused to hand over the fortress. It was only after the signing of the peace treaty in Moss 14 August 1814 the Swedes troops entered to the fortress.
