Entrance to ruined shelter for the infantry is seen on the photo. The thickness of the walls and ceilings of it is very small - no more than 20 cm. of reinforced concrete. But being covered with layer of boulders and a thick layer of sand the structure could well provide protection against 100-120 mm shell's direct hits.
