The length of the hippodrome (or amphitheater, as it is called) is 460 m, width - 95. Thus, it was possible to start 4 chariots in a row and conduct qualifying competitions for the Oikumene's Grand Prix. Sources report that in the center of the hippodrome stood a 28-meter-high obelisk in honor of the heroes of ancient Roman sports. 10 thousand spectators could watch the races at the same time.
