East Gate Interiors

The fortifications of Caesarea were restored by the Germans of Emperor Frederick II in 1228. This miracle emperor, having got on the 6th crusade, instead of massacre and bloodshed, took an agreement with the Egyptian Sultan Al-Kamil on the transfer of Jerusalem, Nazareth and Caesarea to his power.
