The battery was restored by Suomenlinna Rannikkotykistäkulta (Gild of Coastal Artillery of Suomenlinna) in early 1990-th. Nowadays it fires once in the year in the Finland Independence Day. Usage of the real projectiles is not permitted and they use the water instead of real shell for require recoil. 500 litres of water delivers to the barrel by common hose.
