Fixing device for the barrel

Installation design provides protection from a nuclear explosion of 20 kilotons power on the distance of 300 m from the epicenter. In that case the barrel is lowered and secured in a special fixing device and the tower itself lowered and is fixed on a stationary base by means of hydraulic systems.
