MU-2 (152/57 mm)

There are two four-guns batteries of Soviet MU-2 152 mm artillery systems. The guns were mounted in separate concrete blocks. The distance between the blocks are near to hundred meters. It has been made for the more high durability under enemy fire. Finnish emplacements at the Bjorke island which were constructed in separated blocks has no direct hits during the Winter War despite of violent bombardment. The Finnish experience has been taken into account during construction of these emplacements.
