Light anti-aircraft gun position

In the foreground an emplacement for a light anti-aircraft gun or a heavy machine gun with a niche for ammunition is seen. I believe to date this construction is about 1940s. Further on the left is a concrete firepost of the 1900s, but what is there in the background? ... now let's get closer!
