The picture shows the condition of the transporters in the summer of 1942.
In June 1942, the Finns took up the repair of the battery, raised the flooded armored cars from the bottom of the bay, and also collected a fair amount of 305 mm shells in the vicinity of Hanko. It remains to solve the problem with the gun barrels, since Soviet artillerymen were able to spoil it very thoroughly. The commander of the naval base, S.I. Kabanov, wrote in his book about the defense of Hanko that they spied the method of disabling the guns from the Finns.
