Dome over the Rock and tanks

Classic Jerusalem perspective - Dome over the Rock and tanks over the roofs. What is curious is that there are no tanks in the Jewish, Armenian and Christian quarters, they are on Arab houses only. What are they for? For water. In the Muslim Quarter of the Old City and in East Jerusalem there are constant shortages of water, so people are stocking it up. In the Jewish part, everything is OK with water.
