This old inscription of the beginning of 20 AD still preserves on the powder cellar wall. The installation was built as reserve powder cellar for 6- and 10-inch batteries. Afterwards it was used as infantry shelter, radio station and telephone exchange, warehouses, discoteka (in 1990-th).
