Ruins of Water crossing station

So this ruins is marked on the old plans of the fort. As far as I know, after the construction of the station, they began to make a railway line here in order to arrange a pier here and receive cargo by water. But, it was smooth on paper, but in fact the slope was too steep for the railway line.
