Cemetery headstone

In front of the chapel there was a small cemetery. In the picture is all that survived from the cemetery monuments after the storms of the Revolution. Dmitry Vasilyevich Zinoviev was the owner of the Koporye estate, a rich man, a philanthropist, a lover of everything progressive. In 1869, he ordered a steam plow from England and demonstrated its work in his fields near the Kaporye Fortress. The public gathered not only from the outskirts of Koporye, but also from St. Petersburg itself to look at the foreign miracle.
