St. Peter Church in Malye Kolpany

This church was erected in 1800 by the order of emperor Paul I and by project of architect Adrian Zakharov. In old times it's bell tower had a high steeple which was demolished in 1938 during anti-religious campaign in the USSR. This building had it's an important role in events of 1941.
