Inkilä sector

Inkilä sector is the right flank of Mannerheim Line. It cover area from Kuolemajärve lake to Gulf of Finland coast near Cape Kurniemi. Construction works begun here in 1932. 7 machine gun pillboxes were erected. They consists from 2 to 3 7.62 Maxim machine guns and provided flanked fire. The entrance to Ink 6 pillbox is seen on the photo. It was 3-embrasures pillbox builded in 1937 near to Koivisto (Primorskoe) highway.
