Fortress Savonlinna

View of the fortress from the embankment at the railway bridge over Kuronsalmi (from the north). All three towers and the Northern Battery are visible. The bastions of the XVIII century are located on the southern side of the fortress, as the most dangerous (close to the probable enemy - Russia).
