There is the inscription on the fort's escarpment: "No trespass! Militare zone". It is really so, and the tresspassing is a risky affair.
This is the most western of the forts of Kronstadt and it is on the so called reef of Island Kotlin's cusp. It is forbidding for entrance because of warehouses of Kronstadt's arsenal.
