New prison

Another name of this prison is "Narodovolcheskaja" because it was built especially for the members of terroristic organization "Narodnaja Volja" (People's Will). They wanted made a people more happier by killing and blowing up government officials and bureaucrats. It is not a bad approach I think sometimes after periodical rent rising... The remains of "Zverinez" prison are seen on the foreground.
