Tenal was transferred to the Archaeological Commission in 1964. Until the 1990s, work here was mainly of a conservation nature. In the 1990s, large-scale restoration work began, with the preservation of original materials, or materials that had already been used here previously, being the main focus - i.e. brick, mortar, wood, but no concrete, iron, etc. These premises were restored in 1998 as a concert/banquet hall.
