Bakery

The top floor of the former Great Bakery, built in 1773, is shown in the photo. There are a total of six large ovens on the first floor, with compartments for drying crackers on the second floor (visible in the photo). In addition, a flour mill was built nearby, and at the top there was a parapet with positions for guns and riflemen.
