As they say - 'all flags are visiting here...' These are not embassies or a consulate, but some kind of souvenir shop. It is assumed that the Russian flag will induce me personally to enter and buy something. Why not? In Soviet times, only two flags hung here - the USSR itself and the Estonian SSR.
