Kiek in de Kök tower
Once it was the most powerful fortress tower in all Northern Europe. It was built at the beginning of the 15th AD, it has diameter is 17 m and the height 38 m, and it's walls are 4 m thick. The name can be translated from German as 'Look into the kitchen', i.e. from the top of the tower, you can plug through the pipes into the kitchens of Tallinn housewives and, swallowing saliva, watch what is being prepared there.
