12 sm turret gun m/1897

Tower guns in the Swedish coastal artillery began to appear after 1900. on the picture one of the Swedish heavy tower guns at that time is seen. These towers were installed at the fort and batteries Byvik (bat. #12) and Rindo island and were moved to Vaxholm in 2009.
