Underground passages

During World War II, on top of the Upper battery sound monitoring stations was located. Not far from the fort few old merchant ships were planned to sunk in the strait that blocked its passage to Stockholm.
All premises, batteries, cellars, etc. on the fort connected by net of underground tunnels.
