One more caponier of similar design in the ditch on the east wall is on the photo. It was intended to flank the approaches to the gate tower Dalmanstornet and built in early 1500s. Word Sparbössan can be translated as "piggy bank" or "drawer for coins". In the mid-19th century local Rifle Association arranged here shooting range and firmly entrenched bullets can still be found in caponier walls.
