Soviet power

In Soviet times, Kuressaare town had name Kingisepp, because the Estonian revolutionary Victor Kingisepp was born here. The city was renamed back in 1988 first in Soviet Union. Now the whole of Soviet history here only in museums left. There's a right place for it.
