Moreograf

This pavilion is located in the southwestern corner of New Admiralty near Siniy (Blue) Bridge. Moreograf is the gauge recorder connected with a float in the deep 7-meter well, which (recorder) constantly writes to the paper tape the height of sea level changes. The pavilion was built in 1895, before it was made of wood.
