Coastal Artillery

The museum is dedicated to the 500-year history of the Swedish coastal defenses and coastal artillery in particular. In the picture the 8 cm. casemate gun m/1881 on mounting m/1893. Firing range - 6,000 m, the production of Bofors, Sweden. Shells are grenade canister and shrapnel. There was 47 such guns in the fortress of Vaxholm at all.
