This is creation of Vincenzo Brenna. Quite impressive. It is impossible to sleep here i suppose, only to go to bed, and even then through force. However, it is a walk-through room, this whole fairy tale was intended to be shown to distinguished guests - this is how autocrats and their wives rest in Russia. Pavel I himself, however, preferred a simple camp bed, from which he was raised on that fateful night from March 11 to 12, 1801 in the Mikhailovsky Castle.
