Corridors of Western Palace

The Palace was built in three stages - 35, 25 and 15 BC. Initially royal chambers were built around a square courtyard, and then stores of the palace and, finally, additional office and administrative premises were added. In the picture the corridor leading to the royal chambers is shown.
