Enclosure

Around the building, in some places, a barbed wire fence on old concrete pillars has been preserved. In Soviet times, the building itself was owned by the Central Research Institute of Shipbuilding of the Navy, i.e., the military. No one knows for certain what they were doing there, witnesses are silent, TV is out of business, and there is a grave silence in chats and social networks. Maybe it's better this way, the less you know, the better you sleep (and live longer)...
