The remains of the fence on the former embankment of the inner harbor of the fort are on the photo. They write that the famous architect Andreyan Zakharov, who, by the way, was the chief architect of the Naval Department, took part in the design of these Kronstadt forts. The construction of this fort was supervised by E.I. Totleben himself, in 1962-67 the fort was rebuilt according to the project of K.Y. Zverev.
