'Don't touch the museum exhibits! Thank you!'

This inscription on Russian greets curious Russian-speaking visitors in the Museum of the Communication Center. It is written with some syntax errors, so it looks funny.
In the picture is a military teletype (or, as they were then called, a teleprinter). There were up to 10 of them for transmitting encrypted messages along specially designated lines.
